Texture is accurate to wheat pasta. Enjoyed all 3 flavours. Could make any recipe with this. Pasta salads are amazing. Wish there were other types of pasta shapes. Oh the possibilities. Looking forward to maybe other flavours as well.

I tried the yellow pea pasta and made it for dinner with a rosé sauce and ground turkey and it tasted delicious. The pasta absorbed the flavors of the sauce and meat so well it wasn't obvious as I was eating it that it wasn't regular pasta.
