2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

¼ cup fresh dill, chopped

¼ cup toasted pine nuts

Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes. Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water, and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Combine Pasta, Sauce & Herbs: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the lemon herb sauce. Stir in the chopped parsley, basil, and dill. Continue to toss until the herbs are well distributed and the pasta is heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve: Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts for added crunch and flavour.
