Pleasantly surprised

I wasn't expecting these pastas to taste as good as they do. I have been eating gluten-free pasta for years, but after finding this one, I don't want to go back. This has been my go-to whenever I want pasta for the last few months. My mother and son have also tried it, and it has become their go-to pasta. I love the simple ingredients and the benefits of eating protein instead of carbs.

We have tried many types of gluten free pastas. Some have odd textures …others just swim in your sauce without absorbing some of it and adding to your flavour experience. We have a couple that a very close to regular pasta but unfortunately break down when baked. Woot woot we found Wellth and it fills that pasta craving…no weird texture , softens enough to absorb some sauce and it bakes beautifully in a casserole. All around a winner for our family ♥️

I am beyond happy to have found a delicious gluten-free pasta that is packed with protein. So much better than any others I’ve tried. I've only had the original so far, but am looking forward to the spinach and beet root based on others' reviews.
